I visited a local traveling amusement park in a small Texas town to see what kind of night motion shots I could get. I told my wife I would be back in 45 minutes. Well, 3 1/2 hours later and more than 100 shots captured, I returned. The carnival/amusement park was full of photographic opportunities. This is just one of them. This ride is called the Zipper and it spins you in a cage while the cage rotates around a big wheel. Kids love it. I would imagine parents don't.

Photography has been a life long passion of mine. I have had a camera in my hands since I was in third grade and even have an antique camera collection with a few dating back to the 1890's. I feel every photograph should tell a story and capture a unique or memorable moment in time. My goal as a photographer is to capture that unique moment in time and be able to tell that story successfully with a photograph.
